As we know,women often face obstacles solely because of the gender bias that permeates the male dominated work place.<br /><br />I hope all women in leadership positions throughout this country and the world will recognize that they owe a debt of gratitude to the women who helped paved the way and opened doors of possibility for women today. There are many great women from the past and present. Two greats come to mind: From the past - Elizabeth Cady Stanton who fought for women's rights, including the right to vote.
