I don't think there is a better caption than yours Virginia. I love the photo; Hillary has such joy on her face, and is apparently having great fun being back on Capitol Hill. I managed to catch her testimony on c-Span and enjoyed listening to someone who knows what they are talking about and is absolutely, genuinely serving her nation with dignity and grace.
