Obama Takes Conservative Stand on Three Controversial Supreme Court Decisions

A graduate of the University of Chicago School of Law and a member of the New York bar, Jan Crawford Greenburg covers the Supreme Court and provides legal analysis for ABC News.

In her July 4th post at Legalities (ABC News) titled Obama: Sounding Like Thomas and Scalia? Greenburg challenges Obama on his positions regarding the Supreme Court’s recent decisions related to hand guns, the death penalty for child rapists, and abortion rights. Greenburg points out that in all three cases, Obama joins John McCain in backing the conservative point of view.

Progressive Democrats owe it to themselves to read Greenburg’s entire post.
